+ PREPARING FOR PHOTO SHOOT

     - Preparing the property for the shoot is nothing to stress about, St. Blanc's professional photographers know how to make little adjustments upon arrival in order to frame an amazing photograph.  To help make this process as smooth as possible, we ask for the interior and exterior to be clean and organized.  We are aiming for the same look and feel clients would desire for a showing.  Make sure ALL lights are turned on.  We try our best to achieve a consistent brightness in every room for the most presentable and consistent look.  

+ DURING THE SHOOT

     - Sit back and RELAX, St. Blanc Studios will take care of the rest.  We simply ask for any occupants to go about their daily activity as if we weren't there.  We may ask for help staging a room if a better arrangement is needed, though generally this step is unnecessary.  

Generally photographers will take interior shots first, then exterior.  When we leave the inside we will let occupants know they can resume normal activity, but we will be outside a little longer before leaving the property.     

+ AFTER THE SHOOT

     -St. Blanc Studios strives to deliver finished photographs by next day.  Sometimes, due to volume or size of property, this process may take up to two days.  If extra editing time is required, the client will be informed of any such delays immediately.
